yeah but i thought it would be statutory rights, can only charge for something if you get it, no small print can overall statutory rights, wonder if anyone ever challenged this before

they cant stop you lowering your tareiff.
So reduce your tariff to £10 a month for 18 months termination is now £180 instead!

Yes they can, the contract is for whatever you signed up for originally. That was what you agreed on. Some companies let you do it some dont.
