hi there folks ive got a 1.4 16v sport p reg. ive got 15" wheels on the car at the moment but want to get myself a set of 16's. question is though when there are 2 or 3 people in the back of my car you can hear the scrubbing noise and i think my car is at standard ride height. does anyone know if 16's will go on without rubbing? i think maybe the wheels on the car just now are the wrong offset or something.
cheers, al.

mines lowered 40 mil on 16s and doesnt rub with one person in the back unless its over very bumpy roads.
mine are the wrong offset by like 3 mil tho.

depends what you want.
some ppl say 40 mils better for handling but 60 looks better. i like 40 cos at the back it sits just above me wheels (like arch a mill away) and on the front maybe a 2cm gap?
i'l stick a pic up

gmax -40mil springs on apex -40 mil shocks.
handles really well round corners, but the gmax's make it bumpy as hell

that looks a bit high imo. ive just put some 16's on my arden corsa and lowered it 60mm. scrubbed like hell so after a few hours of rear arch beating with a hammer it doesn't scrub...unless i have someone in the back
