Been Smoking since i was 13 ( 7 years now) and it isnt easy, the 1st 2 days are the worse, last time i quit i found it's easiest if you can keep yourself busy all the time, Working, going on a bike ride... I did 50 mile round trip of manchester the day i quit then slept for 14 Hours Also eat Lots and get mints/Werthers Oriinals to suck, Takes your mind off the cravings and Stops you missing having a cig in your mouth
I Lasted 3 months last time and got some really bad news and needed a cig to calm me down and started again 20 a day now = £157.50 a month

I stopped a year ago, wasn't hard at all, just all to do with staying busy and doing something else.
Drinking water instead of smoking is the best option, doesn't rot your teefs

Best way to do it IMO is every time you feel like a ciggie put the cost of a pack into a jar and count it at the end of the week!!!
