just wondered how everyone feels about there job. i know 99% of people wouldnt work if they didnt have to,but seeing as most of us have to,do you mind doing it?
personally i enjoy my job, driver for royal mail, early mornings take a bit of getting used to,but apart from that i could actually say i enjoy my job.have a good bunch of lads and lasses around me so we have a good laugh, and usually finish by 11,so have the rest of the day to myself.have been doing it for 2 years now after 6 years as a mechanic and its such a difference. basically your own boss, take as long as you want (within reason:lol, got no one watching over your shoulder, and with a lttle extra work(finish at 12) you can easily earn good money( at least £400 a week),so overall i personally think its a good job.

Some days its the best thing in the world. Others I think of the money. Frustratingly, its impossible to tell how the day is going to before you do it.

I did until the guy I replaced came back and my position was reduced and new roles were added which I wasn't employed to do. Now this guy has left again I've got my position back, and been on a training course last week, but still expected to do these other duties and they take prioity over my real role.

In summary, yes and no for the above reasons.

i enjoy mine, travelling round different clients premises reduces the boredom factor, and the fact im still learning, meeting new problems etc also helps. and the company i work for is sound, really look after you, which counts for alot.

I Just wish i had a job lol... Favourite job was when i was 17 Working in a Car wash in the Summer, got to drive all kinds of nice cars, Scooby's Range rover's, Mercs, Jag's ECT, Was good midweek as we could just chill in the sun/play footie as it wasnt busy but weekend's it was packed as it's near the City of Manchester Stadium and People would drop cars off for a valet during the match just so it's somewhere secure to be parked, not to mention when the boss sent me on Errands he let me use either his Celica Gt-4 or his Golf MK4 GTi, Also Drove his Scooby STI Type Ra, but wouldnt let me over 50 and wouldnt even Let me near His EVO

Was always fun and could have Great Banter with lads who worked there was never a dull or boring day... think it would have been crap during the winter though

depends on how the day is going, on a good day its a great job, but if things are goin wrong, it can be the shit-of-the-shittest jobs, specially if ur doin sumthing that requires complete concentration and u have the apprentice bugging u every 5mins cus hes 'nuffin to do.' but thankfully, a handfull of black tape and a office chair were on hand to tie the fucker up! got the job done aswell! lol
