My boss was off for 4 days the other week and I basically looked after a project for her, nothing to testing on the brain just involved sorting a few issues out via an email or a phonecall.

Getting my big bonus this month etc and it's only really in the line of duty and I got in this morning with a nice £100 river island voucher on my desk She tried to get me a cash award but it would have taken ages etc (joys of having a good relationships with the boss )

What should I buy? I've just bought a new coat and shoes from river island

I bought the coat and shoes about 3 weeks ago and i'm pretty sure they wouldn;t accept them back, good shout though

Probably, but they most likely hate themselves more than they hate me. Engineering is the most mundane, miserable atmosphere to work in, i'm sure of it. Half these guys look like they're ready to end it all

I fucking hate my job and I have a meeting in about 30 mins. I tempted to tell them to fucking shove it. I've been here 8 years now and I feel I've wasted so much career time
