Mum left the door open for me to get in after the cub last nigt and someone came in (making noise, talking & laughing), took my car keys and had away with my C2 GT off the drive

Had the police over and SOCO but found nothing in the house

So... if you see a C2 GT, Reg: BD04 KWE... with the blues, please!!

Are you covered on insurance if the door was unlocked and the keys were visible?

My mates bike got stolen that way (he was in the house) but his insurer wouldn't pay out

Luckily, with the car been the only one I've EVER see in black it willbe fairly easy to spot... just hoping he police are on the ball and get it back to m in 1 piece!

But on the down side... unique, sought after, already on a ferry??...

it's a good film, worth a watch.
have you contacted the insurance about where you stand? Could you not just lie and say they pinched the car, and fail to mention they took the keys?

Best chance of catching the little fookers is when the vehicle is found through DNA or fingerprints. If they are that brazen then they'll probably be known and they might get caught that way. Hopefullyif they're caught they will get done for Burglary and TWOC.

Hope you get your car back in one piece fella.

My keys are in easy reach of a pole through the letterbox.

I'd get pissed off roughly the 1st time I had to go into a safe to get my keys.

It's pretty much the only way to steal a modern car. Hotwiring is a pain in the arse now.

Not what you'll probably want to hear, but I've heard the story of some 'professional' thieves observing a man for a while, then, one night, went into his house stole the keys for his top spec. Phoned the police as soon as he realised, and his tracker company. Tracker was switched on, and it was sitting in a container at Dover he lived no-where near Dover.

I'm sure you'll get it back though - if they came in the house laughing/talking i.e. not being quiet, they can't be too professional etc.

They can't have been watchin me for a while, cos last night I did everything totally different, o out of routine.... I think it was just lucky...

Been down the pub tonight and there were a few people sat with sad faces.... they've hit loads... one guy told me on Sunday night his Type-R went... the taxi driver said a fella got in tonight who had his Merc taken, only round the corner last night too...

Not sounding good!

not meaning to sound harsh but a professional criminal who'd ship it off etc wouldn't be interested in no citroen c2

sounds like an opportunist

good luck getting it back
