Just curious as to which countries do not have mots or ones that are less strict with exhaust emissions, ie not fussed about de-cats/ amount of crap coming out from your exhaust.
Do some countries have voluntry MOTs/services?
Been to Greece a few times, and those cars surely cant get through MOTs

Cars in Greece I doubt they have MOT's etc. If they do, the only check would be if it started.

LOL!
As far as I know, major countries in Europe (UK, France, and Germany) have MOT's but are they less regulated than the UK?
Countries without MOT's I have no idea! Mexico at a guess i suppose lol

USA dont have MOT's. Some of the cars you see out there are complete recks with tyres down to cords and people driving with no doors and bits hanging off the cars.

Went to Margarita in the caribbean one year, getting a taxi was like having a go on the bumper cars & to get your license you just turn up at the government office & sit an eye test then get car license handed to you

In russia you have to buy your driving license and no one uses taxi's, you just flag down drivers and see who is going your direction, its all very weird!
