Well ive bought stuff off City and Gte_bad_boi off here and have not received the parts ive payed for,what i want to know is where i stand legally.
Ive printed each pm theyve sent me,i have the receipts for the postal order ive sent,so they could check if they have been cashed or not.So if i was to report them to the police,would they be able to do anything,if they cant me and some of the boys will be payin them a visit,just save me the hassle of driving all that way if i can get the police to sort it out..
Thay are both ignoring my u2u's and its been a month since i sent the postal orders,so you can see im getting rather pissed off,i have asked both either for the items i purchased the receipt to prove they posted them or a refund but they read the messages (ive veiwed their profiles while online and seen they have read messages) and are still ignoring me.

I have them both on msn but i think they have both blocked me.i have both their addresse's..thats it.

Id send them one last email/u2u/registered letter they need to sign for, warning them that if they dont contact you by a certain date then you'll be taking all details to the police.
If they dont then just take all details to them and see what they say.

Ive bought off _Allan_ and KoolKorsa,both with no problems.Now thesse retards are messing me around.
And city has also messed two other people around and theyre still waiting on parts.

You can see if people have you blocked or removed on their MSN - not sure how but you can definently do it - Google will know I'm sure.

if he has done it to more than one then get together to go to the police, or atleast give their details to them so they can follow up on it.

Get all the info together you have on him...Personally if it was me I would write as stated a letter and say execatly what you are going to do, IE get police invloved if he has not contacted you by a certain date..Send by recorded delivery..That gives him one last chance to either refund your money/at least get in touch..
When trading really should get, as per rule #1 of the Trade policy on here.

Well ive sent them both emails,stating i want a refund.They should still get the emails ive sent even though they have blocked me on msn,ive tryed ringing their mobiles thanks to other corsasporters giving me their numbers (no names mentioned) and both do not answer their phones.
I will do as youve said send them a recorded letter tommorow stating i want a refund,im also going to call citzens advice tommorow to see if i can get the police involved,as i would of thought it was Fraud?
I bought a steering lock off _allan_ and a Tft monitor off koolkorsa without any problems,so thought city and gte bad boi would be the same,but how wrong was i 
City owes me £40 and gte_bad_boi owes me £70,i know its not a lot of money,but it is to me as im unemployed trying to repair my car i crashed on a budget,but now im forking out extra money to buy the parts they should of sent of other corsasporters lol,if they just turned round and said ive sold the parts or dont have the time to send them i would say fair enough just post me my money back and i want say another thing on the subject,but no they aint replyed to my messages or phone calls,so its a bit suspect,and now that city has sold quite a few parts to others which they aint received,and gte bad boi is offering the springs i bought to other people even though he has the cash ive payed.
I dont want this thread to put other people off buying on here as some people are genuine sellers its just cocks like thesse to that spoil it for the rest.
Well my father has said that if they dont reply to letter and the police cant do anything me my brother and my dad will be taking a roadtrip and will batter the money out off them,i dont beleive in violence myself,but if its the only way to get this resolved,im willing to make an exception in thesse circumstances.
