Im sick of ebay now
last week spotted a corsa to buy, offered the guy cash and he accepted only to text me the next day sayin he was keeping it and dong it up,
and 2day i spotted one for the girlfriend, offered the guy cash again he accepted,
sorted out my travel it was 360miles away, and got it insured for the day, called him about 15mins ago and he said, sorry mate i meant to get back to you, someone bought it this afternoon
W@nker
so no more cars off ebay, and no more travelling,
rant over

Didnt you give them a deposit??? I must admit if no deposit was taken I wouldnt hold onto a car for anyone!! Too many folk with big ideas & no coin to follow through or once they come to pick it up decide it isnt for them!! I had a guy phone from London about my MR2 - deffo going to buy it, keep it for me yada yada, but wasnt keen enough to wire me a couple hundred to secure it, so find he wants to drive down at the weekend to which I agree, meanwhile someone else phones up about it views & pushes cash in my face.........im hardley going to say no am I?

yeah its shit man
when you get agood seller/buyer on ebay things couldnt be better but there is that many tossers on it now trying to scam people,
then people take measures so's not to be scammed and people are frightened off bidding,
i could of sent a cheque to the guy, but i would of arrived at his house before the cheque

always been scammers on ebay. A girl i used to work with got scammed out of £5000 for a 206 cc, police said they couldn't do anything.
My brother spent £30 for what he thought was some sort of carb conversion kit for his jeep, turned out to be a cable.
