craig, do you just buy like 5 million chicken brats from tesco's and then cook 50 a day to eat em through the day? also do you just eat the chicken plain?

They make up 5 of my meals, i'll also have 10 eggs (mailnly whites) in the morning and a steak in the evening too. All meals have veg/fruit too.

I'll either have my chicken with rice or potatoes, and lots of veg such as brocoli. getting full is all in the mind, it takes the brain 20 mins to realise you're full
