good for a young, new and inexperienced driver though. isn't all about speed although saying that, when you get onto a motorway with one of these you will be begging for that bit more lol.
*no i do not have a 1.0 12v*
i think people buy small engined cars as a way to get from A to B without having to pay ludicrously high insurance costs

as people have said: perfect first car, not powerful enough to get into trouble
and ive never really found it that lacking on motorways, it can cruise comfortably at about 80, only time it struggles is with a few people in the car going uphill

the 1.0 is a 12v, the 1.2 is an 8V and its slower
i drove a 1.0 for my first 9 months of driving, slow slow cars but it gives you an immense sense of satisfaction hitting 50mph

yea shockingly the 1.2 has a lower top end by nealry 5mph and puts out less horsepower aswell.

Yea i have one as well, the clutch is very stiff, the accelerator is pretty stiff as well. Appart from being slow they are pretty good cars.
The handling isn't that good but i guess it's good enough for the power the car has.
I don't really want to keep it for longer than 1year, but i might keep it for 2 for insurance puproses.
