Hi there. My names Ash, been looking around on here for a bit now and decided to sign up the other day!  from what i've seen, this is the site to be on if you have a corsa
I ride motocross in my spare time, but 3 weeks ago i got my first car, im only 16, 17 in september so i bought the car has a project. so that when i can drive, ill have a decent car to drive around
It's an N reg 1.5td corsa, 5 door... in red (with faded bits)...
I have plans for it, trying to keep it subtle looking as it's going to be used to go to motocross in and picking mates up etc... so a lowering it 60mm and putting a body kit on it wouldn't be very practical for the mx paddock 
I have a few pictures of it.. not very good quality but ill get them posted up
What i have planned so far is...
Exterior -
15inch alloys in black with a silver lip.
full re-spray, most likely keeping it red, freshen the original colour up
new magnex exhaust (not too sure what it'll be like on a diesel though).
black angle headlights
de-badge the front grill
Interior -
sony/pioneer cd tuner
standard sized speakers to replace the originals (fusion or similar if poss)
momo steering wheel
chrome vauxhall gear knob
sparco stainless pedals
Will probally think of a few other stuff too... as soon as i get a job ill be spending

You could take it to a bodyshop and get it mopped, thats supposed to bring the paint up like new

Nice idea, I'm 16 too, getting a corsa tomorrow (Fingers Crossed). Cant drive till December though! Been dying for a project, good thing about getting the car now is that it can be nice looking for when we can actually drive

ash i know you from mxtrax. enjoy driving the corsa im sure youll want something quicker soon i know i got bore of me 1.4 16v sport pretty quick, am onto the GSI now cracking little car.

as said, just get it moped as vaux flame red is pretty easy to bring it back to its orginall shine with the right products and to get it profesionally moped ur looking at about £80 ish and then it will be red again and hello!

Hi Ash, nice looking car you have there.
Just give it a good wash, get some clay bar (if you can find it, i havn't managed to get any yet) T-cut and polish the car. It should come up like new. It wil be worth the effort as well and will save you taking it too the body shop.
Do you have a bike for motorcross? And pics ?
