I have finally narrowed down the list of cars i want next.
I wanted something economical but decent performance so stuff like mr2's and the like are out.
I either want a:
Clio Sport 172 and get the cup suspension,
206 Gti 180
Seat Ibiza cupra or whatever it is
Astra convertable - either the 2.0 turbo or 2.2 16v
What would you guys prefer and why?

Ibiza out of that lot. Which Astra? The Clios are good but the build quality is shocking, the exhausts snap off too!

out the list the cupra, would you be willing to mod it? ie fmic, cat back and remap would make it an absolute rocket.
if you want something similar to the astra but a bit rarer the volvo c70 t5 is a good bet, its quicker aswell as being better equipped

out of that i'd get an ibiza but it would have to have a few pennies spent on it. suspension, remap, fmic, ko3s turbo, exhaust and dp, and a forge dv and your on to a winner.
if you are looking at keeping a car standard i'd get the clio tbh, great handling, poky and nice to look at as std.
