Well i know quite a few of you train, but im guessing 90% of you dont eat what's required to take your body above and beyond the limits of humanity.

I myself get fed up of eating large meals every 2-3 hours... 6-8 meals a day. But it's what we gotta do to grow.

Here's a few things i do to help get the food down my neck...

1-2 tins of tuna blended with diet coke (YES DIET COKE) - sounds grim but is very popular in our world - try it before you pull those 'im going to be sick' faces at your computer. It actually tastes ok.

Get a tin of tuna in SPRING WATER, and wash it in a strainer for at least 5 minutes until all the tuna/fish smell has gone, it does happen.
Then put the fragrance free tuna in to the blender with 5 strawberries, one banana, a yoghurt such as muller light, and one scoop
of protein powder. That is it. You have to blend and agitate the mixture a few times. Again, sounds grim, but is actually yummy.

If im eating chicken and rice (200-300g of chicken breast, 250g of rice, vegetables) and can't stomach it, i chuck it all in a blender and drink it.

Now you may think all that sounds crazy, but it's tried and tested. Only the lord himself knows why tuna blended with diet coke tastes ok.
For the majority of you who eat sod all you will just be able to carry on, but for those who are serious about getting big and need to eat 4 tins of tuna, 6-8 chicken breasts etc etc a day these are some handy tips.

You're about 6 stone dripping wet so even a small knob will look big dangling of your skin and bones. Sorted.

Can you lead a normal life? Nope. It's definatley a lifestyle. Thats why u see people who train for years and still look the same. The gym is the easy part, it's the nutrition that's hard.
