I would have found the comment about him wanting a tissue incase he dribbles quite offensive if a member of my family had a similar disability TBH like.

and are the people with brain injuiries actually offended? Are they the people who complained? - I doubt it 1. they either wont be able to and it will be a family member taking offence because they think the comments are directly aimed at their mentally challenged love one and 2. It was funny, anyone with a brain cell and even the smallest sense of humor would of had a laugh and a giggle and taken it as a valuable lesson
I think the whole 'excitement of speeding' thing is bullshit... yeah i've seen top gear and now im going to go and get in my rocket car and drive round the valleys of Wales tormenting people and shouting dribbler to everyone
