about 3 months ago a i got glassed , the police advised me to claim for my scars and told me to download a claim form. Only thing is he told me and i forgot. Does anyone know?

no not one of them types , its a fund that police pay into . Its not one of these claim if you have tripped in 3 years .

yes Mav is correct , if its there then why not claim? I have put into society since 16, people claim who have never payed a penny for anything so fuck it its my turn .

true mate true..

I had an argument coming out a nightclub caught on CCTV...I never threw a punch etc, i slipped on the ice and he kicked me in the head and broke my jaw
They said I wasn't getting the injury claim because we had a 'verbal' argument....So that means if you argue with someone it is quite Ok to smack them with a baseball bat and break their legs etc...

I did not turn the argument from verbal to assualt he did...I appealed etc but still got turned down....

From the date of my claim to the date I got refused after appeal was about 2 years..

Guy I know got 2k years ago for a broken finger in a fight and took about 18months I think...
