after removing the dash i took a look at the mess id made:
im going to remove all the wires and make a new fuse panel, but something inside me says why did i bother.......... so glad im not going to be putting all of it back in

I see hmm...... Mark you know that 106 Gti that you did, was anything up with the engine or not ?
Only ask because weve had a play many times and i can pull away from him quite easily, hes bought a 205 turbo now though

clutch was the main issue with it, nothing wrong with the engine when we had it

Hes changed the clutch and put a new gearbox on it too

removal of the dash is easy really, only reason it took me so long was because id re-run alot of wires behind the dash out the way, damn me and my cable tie anticks!

hide all the wires, make some nice panels for switches, fuses, guages etc, job done.

You need a dash in there really. They don't weigh anything at all to be honest so there is no point leaving it out.
