and drive carefully.

For those who may not have had the opportunity to drive in these conditions (including Jay)

Keep your revs low, your turns smooth, your gears as high as you can and, loads of distance between you and the car in front. You never know what the plonker may do next

For those of you who have driven in the snow.... sorry, dont mean to teach you all to suck eggs

Just stay safe OK?

People bailing out are funny - I know they had the wheels turned in the direction to go around the cars but wouldn't it be better in that situation to turn into the kerb? Or 'sidewalk'?

yes, just hit a kerb because of some fool and damaged one wheel (just been powdercoated-~1month ago)....he flashed me giving me way and then he decided to move too...had to avoid him and even at 13mph my car managed to slide and hit a kerb...and to make the feeling worse, the tyres were Yokohama A539 fun...

lol

Think the women bailing out put herself in greater danger than if she had stayed with car! Bet she had to have a change of knickers.... skidding along on your arse with a car skidding along behind must be a seriously worrying moment!
