I used to be all the time, but over the last few months i have been getting to work for 9: 05, 9:10 9:15 and even 9:30
I try to get up earlier, but i just cant get out of bed.
Anyone else always late? or on time?

on time everyday, i work 9-5 and always in the office at 8.45 at least. I'm just used to it now, just a normal routine. I just put my alarm clock the other side of the room so when it goes off i physically have to get up to turn it off

haha same, have my phone go off with my alarm clock. I look like a zombie wandering round my room turning alarms off.
You seen that clock that has a little toy helicopter on top? When alarm goes off it flies off and lands somewhere in your room and the alarm can't be turned off until you get up find the copter and put it back on the platform. Only £15 i think on one of these sites of mens gadgets. Might get one for a laugh

I have little stretches of being really good and in at 7:30am everyday, but then I'll have a spell of constant lateness. Today for example, I got up late so I haven't bothered going in

i do exactly the same as you, the problem lies in no one being bothered what time i arrive or more to the point i start st 8am, the rest of my team start at 8.45am so if i am in between 8-15being my normnal latest then generally no one knows!
The funny thing is generally i will always leave at 4.30pm i am quite religious about that!

I usually get here early then I go early!
Have been late the odd couple of times but only due to traffic.

timekeeping is so vital, I'm here before 6:30 in i'm on the earlies and if I'm on lates I'm normally here 10-20 minutes before the shift starts.
If someone was constantly late I'd have a stern chat with them and possibly tell them to fuck off.

Yes time keeping is vital
Hi Andrew
I am not going to lecture about the consequence of saving/retrieving files etc. But, the interim report was due last Friday. Take this as an extension, you may need that 5 marks at the end for different classification between grades. Work on a new file and submit it when you are ready.
And keep multiple copies just incase!
