Between 11 and 13 stone. But BMI is only a guideline, but your body composition (Fat and lean muscle mass), is more important.

u also need to get ur body fat mass found out. we got scales that do it cos obv muscle weighs more than fat so u can weigh 16 stone but b very lean and muscly.

i weigh 14st 11 at 6'1 and 19. lost 4 pounds in 3 days last week. wanna get down to under 14 stone really.

slowly loosing more and more bodyfat and getting lean muscle will end up at around 20stone i think.

That BMI this is a load of shit. My mate is 6ft, weighs 16stone. But my other mate is about 5'10'' and used to weigh the same. But it was because he was built like a brick shit house.

Its only a guideline, for your average joe it can be useful. It goes out of the window when muscle mass becomes more of a factor.

so where can i find this out??? A gym???

i only weighed my self as i work in a small office, and it's a really piss take rich enviroment, the other 3 blokes i work with are all fat, ie big guts, and this year they're all trying to lose weight, me being the skinniest (!!!) and feeling cocky i thought i'd jump on the scales as they were having there first weigh in!!! I was only 1 1/2 st lighter than 2 of the heffers which really fucked me off considering they have like a 42" waist ffs, i'm in between a 34-36" jeans but i'm not fat, i was just quite concerned tbh!!!!!!
