does any one know anything about sending them back if they break?
some one said that if they break you send then back and they will fix or replace them?

They have a 1/2 year guarentee, not sure which though How old are they?

aparently they have a fault on them (so i've heard)
they can set on fire even when switched off

You take them back to the shop you bought them from, and they send them to the company I think. My gf's died also. Its something to do with the wiring being a bit dodgey, so when they are wrapped up, the circuit breaks

Yeah if you wrap the cord too tight on the bottom it knackers the wiring up. My Gf's did the same.

Well how old are they dude? If they are failry new, take them back to the shop, with receipt, or warranty card, or both (not sure about that bit) and they should send them away to be replaced

take them back from where you got them from and they will send em back.
if faulty they should replace them free of charge.

The answer to stopping them catching fire, as with any electrical goods is to unplug them.
it's got to be! cant see how it would start a fire with electric being input!
