Quality. We have 5 Polish people and 1 Lithuanian person at work and they work harder than all the English people. Makes my life easier.

The club i work at has 90% eatern european staff. Polish women are nice but can be feisty and are high maintenance. Loyal though. Lithuanian women are great, very down to earth etc. They see the English binge drinking nation as a bit of a joke, and to be fair the majority of them are medical or law students. They laugh at 'us lot' getting wrecked most nights of the week.

Sounds about right Craig. One of the Polish girls can be a bit fussy but she's the most productive worker where I work. The Lithuanian girl is very friendly. She'll speak to anyone and works hard too. No fuss whatsoever with her.

i thought they were limiting the number of people that could come into Britain from Romania and Bulgaria because of the sheer amount of Polish people that came over

Unlike the eight countries that joined the EU in 2004, citizens of Romania and Bulgaria will not have unfettered right to employment in Britain.

I can't see it making a major difference, the country is in such a state anyway, it won't affect it.
