gsi driveshafts, i phone vauxhall and its going to be 135+vat per side.

is there any other driveshaft that can be used or does anyone no anywhere that does them on the cheap?

can the whole cv joint be bought seprate from the shaft. my one has broken open and the bearing have come out.

all the joints can be bought seperatly from most motorfactors there usually £15-£25

you can buy just the cv joint there around £30-50 inc a surcharge of £10-15 thay just clip on to the drive shaft with 1 circlip each end

If its an inner cv there a little bit more (rarely fail tho)

i went scottish transmission services in glasgow and paid £80 for the 2 outer abs joints new so id try them before paying £50 or £60 each
