Going the pub before your xmas dinner just for one pint, nice to have a bit of a stroll to your local, feels quite christmassy.

I have broken a 6 year tradition by not going on an all day session with the boys on xmas eve this year.
We used to start at 12 in the afternoon then we've all slowly realised that's not a good idea and it;s got later and later every year and this year i'm not going at all

Yes, the one where we feel guilty for leaving my nan alone in Devon, so drive down, bring her up here for xmas, then fill her with alcohol and ignore her becasue she's irritating.

hahah ive broken that tradition to this year, last year i was told by all my family i "ruined" christmas as i was being sick everywhere and brought the atmos down! Last year i did knock myself unconcious thats how drunk i was! so were going out on the 23rd instead this year, so we can make our families happy! Good thing is my sister is now 18 so she can go out and ruin christmas this year and i can be the loved one!

Is maidenhead that bad jambo, I always thought it sounded ok (got no idea where it is though )
Adz I will try and get as many of my mates out as possible on the 23rd but on xmas eve it's literally the whole crowd I used to knock about with at 15 odd before starting to go to pubs etc so there's usually like 40 of us

Have to watch how that's used, people might think it means "Weapon of Gran Seduction" and that's WRONG

I woke up in my mates on xmas day once didn't know where I was. It was cold as hell and a bit of a dive (1st lad to move out was about 17), took me about 15 mins to remember it was xmas day!
