I started at 0700hrs yesterday and have just finished at 0130 hrs today

I am now slightly tired

P.S I got a one hour lunch break

Done a couple of 25 hour shifts and one 30 hour. After the 18 hour mark you actually stop feeling tired..

The factorys that poorly run and their that tight on maintenance sometimes that if they have a major breakdown and risk stopping LandRover, Aston Martin, Honda etc you have to stop on and get the machine fixed as stopping the lines at those companys is +£1000's a minute or something stupid

when i worked as a security guard i did a 24 hour shift quite a lot, only because the next shift wouldn't turn up

Longest i've wroked was 0700 to 0100. That was doing a driveway with my mate. It wasn't too bad, i was sat on a mini digger.

A couple of years ago i was working in a freinds newly opened shop & for the 1st 3 days i opened at 5:30am and worked through till 9pm but then had to stay and supervise Tilers & various other workmen Refitting the shop untill!1:30/2:30am, which wouldnt have been bad if it was just one day but i only got 3 hours sleep andhad to do it all over again lol(i fell asleep behind the counter on day 3 for about 10 minutes shhh)

It's not all bad though i for fed Home made Kashmiri food all day

oh and longest shift would be 9am - 1am

was at offlicence and the alarm wouldnt set so i had to stay until the alarm people came out
