over the last year or so on and off i ve been building up my little ka!

it started off as a 1.3 style bougt brand new in 2002, took it off the road 18months after buying it and have only recently got it home, ( due to laziness really)

here are a few pictures


took the old 1.3 endura out with fuck all miles on it and sold it on ebay for 450 quid









bit of rain didint stop us


new engine in








some decent brakes up front




some nice injectors




an intercooler ment for a 200 sx




Roller bearing T25 from turbo dynamics



Mounts from a ka rally car





Nice alloy rad from Graham at grs




made a pod for some gauges using my old passenger air bag cover



some new alloys



rear discs from a focus st 170




spome of these for good measure



some work needed to fit the intercooler nicely

at the end of all that you get this







its currently running around 200- 220bhp estimated

i also have a 2.1 zetec to go in after x mas














hoping for 280-300 with new engine!

it looks perfect that car as it is.

will be crazy with the 2.1 zetec in it. your brother will have to get some more bits done to the corsa to keep up id say

seen this somewhere, either on PF of FT, lovely project, rear lights are horrible, but i read there were beeing replaced iirc

and its been to Motorsport Developments
