start of november me and some woman was in a clash of wing mirrors down a very dark country road, we stopped were we was going and this car pulls up behind me
she tryed blaming it on me and took my name and number and reg, threatening to go through my insurance  i said if your going to be like that then we will settle this without insurance..
anyway she rung me back just now demanding i pay her 70 for her mirror or she goes to the police and do me for dangerous driving..but she didnt report it at the time,
i had 2 lads in the car with me and a mate behind with a passenger who says i was close into my side of the road..
wtf do i do, argue it out or just pay her the 70 quid..which i really cannot afford one bit

buy her a mirror from b+q one of those 8 foot ones, and glue it to the side of the car and see how long it is before she smashes it again.
she may see the error of her ways.

TBH just murder her, much less hassle, Police won't be intrested in a serious crime like murder, will be much more intrested in seeing you locked up because you knocked some old dears wing mirror off.

Would be very difficult to prosecute you for something there were no witnesses, no police officers present and no real evidence of it even happening. She's probably made that up.
If she is disputing liability then you need to leave it to your insurers. Unless she suddenly changes her mind then you can either give in or tell them. Doesn't sound like she'll believe it from you.
