the gsi driver had to of already had points etc...

and they must of been in a busy / built up area. bloody unlucky, i'd probably cry, throw up, hit the police man, throw up then throw my self into the crusher, atleast £10k worth of motor down the drain, surely it'd be better to reposses it???

I wouldnt let them take mine, i would drive home put in garage and put my dads cars in front and see what happened not a chance I would just hand them the keys

what, so the coppers found him racing, stopped him there and then, took the keys and got a truck to come and get it as going to crush it. I doubt that happened.

No they were racing round and i herd sirens in the distance and i think they did aswell and they ended up pulling on macdonalds carpark and then thepolice pulled onto macdonalds and went from there.

They do this to people who persistantly drive with no insurance too. Or they confiscate the cars if they are nice and badge them up as Police cars for boy racers to look at and say 'oh, i'll never speed again now'

the police just cant decide to crush someones car though, it would need to go through the courts which means you can appeal and more than likely get away with a lighter sentence.
