I fancy rustling up something semi adventurous for dinner tonight.

Anyone know any good sites for online recipes?

I fully expect a multitude of sarcastic, pointless replies so I thank you in advance.

That is all.

Ach if you forgot to take the mince out just make something like Pasta with tomato and herb sauce. Takes 10 minutes and is delicous.

Adventurous???

Like something crazy? Or just something a bit extra?

Chicken, basted in bbq marinade grilled untill slightly charred

Wedges

Rocket leaf salad, bits of ham & cheese in it

Big dollop of BBQ sauce (Cattlemans if you can find it)

Dead easy, cheap & tastey

james do a chilli mate

(Serves 3)
Oil in a pan. Let it get hot.

Chop up an onion, chuck into pan and brown them slightly.

Chuck in a packet of mince, cook until all the mince is brown.

Add one tin of chopped tomatoes, stir. Add chilli con carne mixture. Mix well. Drain tin of kidney beans and then add to the mixture. Simmer for a good 10/15 mins, stirring occasioanlly so it doesn't stick.

Serve with rice.

Job done

Yes

Or just buy it as a breast & cut into strips. Thats the cheaper way

Then any sort of smokey BBQ marinade, most supermarkets have their own brands
