MSN/Windows Live Messenger what ever it is now.

mine just doesnt work at all it just says " The following message could not be delivered to all recipients"

it does it all teh time, ive just uninstalled WLM and re-installed MSN7.5 but made no difference
soi now im back with WLM and it still doesnt work its really anoying i cant talk to anyone at all

any ideas before i go insane trying to fix it on my own
