Aubergine Escort Cosworth
The guy that used to own it lived at the end of my Grandad's farm lane and is about 70 years old.
Have known that car for years and years. Was one of those cars when I was younger and couldn't drive I used to always get excited about when I saw it
He kept it totally immaculate and no expense was spared with it. Always said to my Dad I would love to buy that off him one day but he's gone and traded it in for a Seat Altea MPV Was one of those cars I could see myself realisticly owning one day.
But there is no way I can afford to buy it from that garage at the moment! Its totally mint aswell and original (apart from a stainless exhaust I think)

No not really. Look on Autotrader. You wont get one like that for 10/11k!
He will probably have sold it to that dealer for 13k which is alot more reasonable!

Do you think that Escort Cosworths will get to the stage where they will actually start going up in value?

When you search for Cosworth it doesn't come up because the person who wrote the advert messed up Jambo.

Such as?
id say they are VERY much up to a modern car, hardly breathtaking as standard but the wealth of tuning goodies availible makes them very appealing IMO

Want to make an investment?
You give me 7.5k, I get the other 7.5k together but the car lives with me Then by the time I sell it will have gone up in value so you get more money back than you put into it and I get to own a Cossie
