I have used utorrent, best bet is check the help. very useful, tells you loads about how to use, download speeds, good links to router port forwarding etc.

when i search for something from utorrent it brings another screen with all the files etc...up and at the bottom it says to download it i need utorrent which i allready have??

ive just started using utorrent. instead of AZ, it seems quite good actually.

Its very simple tho. download a torrent (http://www.torrentz.com) of legal material of course.
Drag the torrent into the program and it will start downloading.

uTorrent has become my torrent app of choice over Azureus recently and the only real issues anyone has with it are the usual things like port forwarding. It's less intensive on resources too.
