I find this type of thing really rather strange. Finding an email address which is anonymous enough so we can't tell who it is but offers us enough of a trace so that we may approve it is difficult.
Then you have the issue of IP address, in which you need to ensure that the address you used with the banned address is sufficiently different from your old one so that we don't notice that, or you need to use a proxy for every single bit of contact ever, otherwise your cover is blown.
Then there's the issue that I'll generally ban these duplicate usernames as soon as they are discovered.
Far easier perhaps to mail me talking sense, or I'm going to stick my neck out and say don't get banned in the first place.
Perhaps he feels that he's given me enough abuse via VAGweb etc. and I won't ever let him back legitimately. Thats on his head.

I registered a second username. To get past Ians checks I had to do it in a foreign country on a computer I had never used before with an e-mail address I thought existed but later found out didn't, so now I can't even use it. I have also forgottwen what the user name even is as I was slightly hammered
