Right im thinkin about changing the pug about abit.
Idea is going to be take some of the lights out of the morrettes and then put air feeds into them which would then go into the engine bay.
At the moment i have an closed ram induction kit but i was thinkin of the taking the enclosure out and then pulling the feeds straight onto it.
Ideas?
Also i live in a rough area at the moment, so it might be a risk for nob jocks to put stuff in the intakes.

if you take the current filter out of its box, and put cold air feeds to it, it won't work as well as it does now.
and you'll see bugger all at night.

not making a track slag. This is my daily driver.
And that would also take effort.

why wont it gain much??? more cold air is going around the engine bay.
Although there isnt as much being directed onto the filter ( thats why i was talking about putting air feeds onto it )

because the filter will be open, not enclosed, so it wont be as efficient.
at junctions, it will just get loads of hot air.

understandable at the junctions, but its runs like shit at the moment with such a rough idle. I think it maybe to do with the engine getting too hot / sucking in hot air ( even with the enclosure on )

rough idle will be nothing to do with warm air.

unlikely though.
the two combined would point towards a sensor fault, or a fuelling issue.
