I think there is a site that allows you to type in a car reg plate and find out the history of it and where it is...

please help

want to find a car i havent seen for a long time

You cant find out details of its location or who owns it.

All you can find out is when its tax is due.

Only the police and DVLA hold the information your after AFAIK and they dont give it out.

People keep saying that there is a site for this but theres only ever been the police and the DVLA that are allowed to acess this information.

no chance....you'll find out how many keepers, last date of reg from RAC or dvla website.

I think the DVLA hold all the informatoin & the police link to their site to get access.....no way would that information be available to the public, it would make stolen to order way too easy!!
