We'll end like the Japanese, They have VERY strict and expensive MOT type tests every 2 years so most people sell their cars instead of paying for the Test.

i get mine for £15 at the dealership i used to work for

its a £15 mandutory charge as thats what VOSA takes, the rest is up to the garage, but they're all roughly about the same

What's the current VOSA set maximum garages can charge? Didn't think it was much less than that anyway, but just gives some garages an excuse to charge extras!
