How good? It's putting an extra 3 1/2 hours on your working day, every day. I'd consider moving closer if it's worth it.

three and a half hours extra on your day?

plus is it a job where you would have to do overtime?

looking at 12 hours days easily

I work about 7 miles from home, takes 10-15mins in the car.

My dad works 30 miles away and takes 25mins or so in the car.

I'd commute an hour or so away if the money and job were good.
