Very very unhappy at the moment.
Gets a phone call from Sy at Redline to say my car (white corsa) is in this months Maxpower plus they have used all my pictures without asking me or asking about the car

Not happy at all.
I have just send them a email asking for money for use of my pictures (copywrite) and Compensation for them messing everything up i have work to get between me and Redline

IF anyone has the phone number for the Editor of Maxpower could they please u2u me

You don't apply for copyright. Copyright is exactly that, a right. You don't even need to put the 'c' in the corner of pictures, on websites or in text to claim copyright.

Nope, anything you do is copyrighted if you need it to be. Proving you created it is a matter for the courts. At the end of the day, anything of this nature has to be settled in court,

Well cos they are only low res pictures as thats all they could get off the web without asking me for the Highres pics the windows and wheels look really Blue.

forget about trax more like myself and my work (my company venture below Vox-all)

I have work along side redline for ages now with this car for them to go and mess it all up

The hope is that Redline don't shy away from doing something on the back of Max's audacity.

Personally I would still see the value in a proper feature with proper photographs, not some stolen web low res stuff.
