Just put one 12' in if you have to have a sub, they don't weigh that much and are pretty loud tbf

Well it would seem silly to fit a 2.0 then load it down with stereo, similar to fitting a big fibre glass kit to a 2.0 too.

Would you believe I have a homemade install in the Nova, not wired up with one 10 inch sub and amp with two boxes, I notice no difference between when its in and when its out.

Personally I think it's a pshycological thing. I can honestly say I dont think the car feels any different if there's just me in it, or me and a passenger, and a passenger weighs more than 2 subs and an amp!

With one sub in a smallish box you won't notice any difference

Think you'll find a fibreglass front bumper is lighter than the standard plastic one .

Passengers definately make a difference! They do in a 1.2 anyway

I know
It's the people loading the car up with filler who are wasting their money... debatably in more ways than one .

Think the best way to find out is if i put them in at the weekend and see whats what. Been driving round now for 2 weeks with nothing in so i should be able to notice any differance shouldn't i?

If you are, and notice a large difference then why not get one single sub say a 10" you'll still have your bass but also have the power
