i sold some games on ebay they all got on the side pending through paypal how long does it take for payment to go in my paypal account looks like been sent today???

login to your paypal account, you probably have to accept the payment

when you log in it should open a page with your account overview on...

You should see a table with payments that are been sent to you... these r the column headings:

File Type To/From Name/Email/Phone Date Status Details Action Amount Fee

Then below you should have names and amounts etc of people sending you payments... you have to accept these if you have never recieved payments through paypal before

In the action column it should ask you to accept or decline the payment.

sounds like they havent paid you by paypal then... if they have sent you money to your paypal account it should be showing something?

on ebay do i press payment received then payment goes through to payapal is that why it aint going??

as soon as someone sends you a payment thru paypal it pretty much instantly shows up on your paypal account... you will also get an e-mail with the title:

Item no.(whatever the item no was) - Notification of an Instant Payment Received from (ebay username) (e-mail addy@hotmail.com) 10:46 PM 19 KB

if you receive a payment thru ebay/paypal it automatically changes in ebay and moves that item from waiting for payment to waiting to be dispatched...

sounds abit odd this lol

you received payments through paypal before?

even when i press on ebay to view paypal payment says i received paypal payment but i got to sign up to paypal what the hell that about even though iam signed up with them:???? doesnt make any sense

are you ising the same e-mail addresses for all of this?

the e-mail that you said you had received the payments in is that the same one you log into paypal with... might sound daft but ya know

yeah i have before mate unless i send messages to the buyers saying have you sent the payment to this emailaddress etc everything looks correct from here, but one guy sent me message saying he couldnt sent payment as me paypal account wasnt verfied i checked it and it was

no my ebay and paypal passwords r different...

i cant understand it lol, you are getting e-mails to say they are sent but they aint showing up in yourpaypal account at all :S

try this...

go to one of your e-mails where it says you have received a payment...

at the start of the e-mail it will say:

You have an Instant Payment of £--- GBP from (ebay name)(e-mail addy).

View the details of this transaction online

click on view details of transaction... it should ask you for your paypal password and it should basically show you the payment

i aint got those emails mate just checked all the emails i got is item is sold thats it no emails saying instant payment or anything even though says on my ebay that the money is pending thru payapl well the little time glass logo etc??

but says i got to sign up for paypal account but i got one in the first place to receive it then got to type up massive form my address etc it cant be this hard to recieve your cash can it??
