I thought Shipman but I've just come across this:

Sawney Bean

Legend of fact, we will probably never know!

Legend has it that this creature type man abandoned life in the city. It was a bleak time in Scotland in 1400 and Bean had had little work as a Gardener. He took a wife and went to live in a cave on the sea front. There he had many children, the children, through incest producing many grand-children, they totaled up to 50 people. They would grab travelers, take them back to the cave, and feast. It is rumored that they probably consumed in the region of 500 people. An angry mob on their trail
eventually found them, and without trial they chopped limbs off the men and left them to bleed to death, the women were thrown onto open fires.

500 people

Nice bloke eh

Not sure whether i'd prefer having my limbs chopped off and left to die, or being burnt

That wasn't one single person though, Shipman killed tons of old folk.

Yeah, remember hearing about that in school, absolutely horrific.

Read it all, really is shocking

Can't believe they let them out

Another one on there is Ray Whiting, did 2 1/2 years of a 4 year sentence for abduction as well as being a known paedofile & then after being released he abducted & murdered Sarah Payne

Good ol' criminal justice system

Again just read it all. Very upsetting.

Remember when they got released, they were given new identities and new lives. Sickening!

its sick, having new identities means they can go on and live without even having to remember it

they shouldnt have got new lives at all, when they got released they should of just been let out, with nothing and be made to live with what they had done!!!!
