No, there is only 1% JD in each chunky of creamy sugary goodness, if I wanted to get pished I'd just neck the JD from the bottles i have in my drinks fridge (to prove I'm a manly man and all that!)

I just feel ickly sick, kind of like a fat kid who has eaten too much fudge (funnily enough......)

EDIT: I'm going to bed to watch Scrubs season 4 and to feel sorry for myself and wishing I hadn't been such a fucking pig!

today i ate a whole bag of onion ring crisps, a big bag on M&M's, 2 egg mayo rolls and 2 cans of diet coke

So im taking today as my metabolic kick up the arse day, and will be in the gym at 10am tomorrow
