after randomly weighing myself on the display scales at work...I have found that I have put on over a stone in less than a year, I am 5' 10.5''(the 0.5 is important) and weigh in at 11.7 stone ish so im:-

5'10.5"

5foot 10"

I weigh 11st 10lbs

Weighed myself last night so thats accurate almst to the day.
Since turning 23i have just piled on weight. My boss said its caleld the mid twenties spread

not much shorter than me mate and u have a fair way to catch up to my weight! keep doin exercise and it'll all turn to muscle!
