I live on a private road and parkings bad, last night i parked outside the house across thinking no one had moved in yet.
This morning the new neighbour collered me and gave me a right ear bashing for parking on 'his' property and if i do it again my car will be damaged!
I didn't say much back as it's pretty scary when a bloke that looks like a body builder it threating me but where do i stand on this?
I presumed that as its a private road anyone can park anywhere?
Im not going to risk parking there now anyway but im just wondering?

hate men like that, think they can have ago at lasses, it would of being different if it was a lads car parked there

I can imagine thats pretty scary but if you cant park outside your own house what are you supposed to do? if the boot was on the other foot he would have parked outside you house if he couldnt get outside his own.

i know, he was well scary it's not my fault i didn't know he had moved in yet otherwise i wouldn't have parked there! i have checked my car and theres some scratches but im not sure if they were already there or not and i can't really prove anything

Get over it, you are a woman so your car is prone to fuckups like scratches and whatever.
In the end if you are parking in his/her space then you should of just said sorry on the spot and explained your thought process on the matter (ie, you didnt think anyone had moved in).
Anyway get over it, just park elsewhere and you will be fine

i did he told not not to be so f'in stupid the sold sign had gone down! i told him there is not even any curtains or furniture and i thought he was going to hit me! he told me that didn't mean anything!!! he was a scary man what did you expect me to do?
