Fucking driving me insane!! My forearm is twiching randomly, just near the inside of the joint & its beginning to piss me off!

Short of amputating it, how the hell can it be stopped?

Yes, I get that quite regular.. but its the first time my arm's done it, and its really pissing me off! Been doing it over an hour now
