Ive been learning spanish for 7 years now and never been able to roll my r's, so the last week ive been practising loads and almost getting there but still not quite and its so fucking fustrating

Yeah i got a pretty good accent apart from the erray doble! Although the lisp does depend on the accent, latin american pronunciation is more of an s than a "th"

yes don't get the 'th' and 's mixed up apparently they don't like it
I asked for a "Cervetha" when in the Dominican Republic and the bloke made a weird face at me and told me to pronounce it with an 'S'

Thats the bit i cant do! Found another guide that suggests putting in the letter d before the double r and then working from there which is whats working for me. Quiero (pronounced key-aero) but if you put a d before the r it sounds a bit like the double r.

I can do it a bit the french way at the with the back of the tongue, but not the spanish way with the front
