Basically since i started driving 3years ago ive been getting a beer belly/pot, i only seem 2 b fat over my abs. (stomach area) I do excercise, but only play football and basketball and soon its gonna be very rarely as the winter is fast approaching.

Also when i get hungry in work my tummy rubles and i tend to buy chocoalte as it satisfies my hunger till lunch. This isnt healthy, and my shop at work doesnt sell fruit.

What excercises can i do to get rid of the belly?

Its embarassing as you can notice it through my t shirt, its only a little pot at the mo, but i dont want it getting any bigger.

Also what diet should i follow?

Thanks very much in advance.

I am getting fat also.

I stopped eating chocolate, and stopped drinking beer.

It has gotten smaller but not dissapeared, you need to do alot of cardio vascular to get rid of it

exercise that will get your heart beating fast and get the blood pumping round the body, eg running cycling etc.

Last summer, I lost a lot of weight by going out on my bike. Nothing strenuous, just a nice leisurley ride.

I lost around 1 stone, my belly went and I was a lot fitter.

Right dude...

you need to get on that bike (either one) for about an hour a day. Also doing crunches will help but you will also have to do soem lower back excercises to balance it out.

Running as well as the bike would be good. and if yuo join a gym (yup a gym ) then get on the rowing machine. That can burn LOADS of calories.

Eat lean meats. So Turkey, Chicken and Tuna. you want to eat more protein than carbs. So if you are having carbs then cut out the white and go for the brown.

Brown Bread, Rice, Pasta etc

Drink lots of water. 3L a day would be great.

but dont hit it hard now otherwise your asthma might pop up (i have acute asthma)

Drinking lots of water makes u feel so awake too
