just done this on 3 sites.. all came out pretty much the same

Maximuscle - 15.5%
Bodydoctors - 17.57%
cant remember the name - 16.5%

so im normal

(still want to loose a few inches off the belly tho)

Think i have 1stone to loose to be spot on

Dean - im on border too thats why i want to loose some
problem is, im building muscle too and that weighs twice as much as fat (or so i have heard)

I dont understand how typing in your weight and height can calculate your body fat percentage

That's the thing with those online ones. You could be 14 stone of muscle and be only 5 ft and a fag dimp tall.

It'll say your overweight (Fat).

I need to loose a bit. I'm getting a belly. It's not me though, it's the digestives
