my dad part ex'd his calibra at some garage in warring and the young lad who worked there decided to keep the calibra himself. since then my dad has had a fine of £80 for no tax on the car because they havnt changed the log book from my dads name i was just wondering if anybody has seen it. its the dark blue 2.0 16 redtop reg is j21 oba. it has been seen on the way to crewe doing at least over 100 cheers

yeh we left it with the garagas with the one for his new car they were both put in the same envolope and sealed whilst we were there

well i thought of that but what would you say to the? when my dad paid the fine he sent the letter back saying the car had been scrapped so there driving it with no tax

The garage would have sent off the logbook for the car he bought, because it's their responsibility.

Your dad should have sent off the logbook for the Calibra as it's his responsibility. They are clamping down on this.
