this bloke kinda caught us out. normally spends a lot of money but this time wanted to ask every question imaginable about a certain item. If I dont recognise the person they get told.

Yeah, i love it when people get pissed off, the opening times are on the door, i stop getting paid at 5:30, i still have to close the shop and cash up that takes 10-15mins!

Thing is they assume that you should just serve them, even if say your going to a gig and need to get the train asap they really think you should give a shit

open 9-5:30 turn up when were open if u wanna buy something dont walk in at 5.25 expecting the full sales pitch and demo's. Come in earlier.

I work for myself so this means that the more money I take the more chance there is of getting a wage at the end of the week

Yeah customers get the impression that you are bothered, especially when they are complete dickheads they think they will get further when a customer is being a cnut i do everything i can to wind them up more

I was the master in my last job when i worked in a call center... i never got caught out on the phone at time to leave
